The much-anticipated Springfield Oyster and Beer Festival (SOB Festival) is back for its 14th year, and Neuhoff Media is proud to be the media sponsor of this beloved event. Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 31st, from Noon to 5 PM at the Inn at 835 in Downtown Springfield.
This year, the festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, featuring over 150 beers and ciders from more than 60 breweries nationwide. 19 of these breweries are making their debut at this year’s SOB Festival. Festival-goers can enjoy live music from Me, Myself, and Schy and the Aileana Rawlins Band. The event will also showcase gourmet oyster dishes and a variety of food trucks, ensuring there’s something delicious for everyone.
The SOB Festival has a proud history of giving back to the community, having donated over $170,000 to local charities over the years. This year’s proceeds will benefit the Legacy Theatre in Springfield, continuing the tradition of supporting local causes.
